突发事件应急救援标准的现状与发展

The Current Situation and Developments of Emergency Response and Rescue Standards

本文对现行的国际安全应急标准,美国、澳大利亚等发达国家突发事件应急管理,标准以及国内安全生产、消防、民政、气象、地震等部门的突发事件应急救援标准进行了分类统计和分析,并针对地震应急救援标准的现状和问题提出今后地震应急救援标准化工作设想。

This paper analyzed international public safety and emergency management standards developed by ISO, the emergency and disaster management and rescue standards developed by America, Australia and other developed countries, and by domestic relevant organizations, such as State Administration of Work Safety, Fire department, Civil Affairs, China Meteorological Administration, China Earthquake Administration. Datum were classified and analyzed by category. Suggestions on the earthquake emergency response and rescue standardization are proposed, according to current situation of earthquake emergency rescue standards.
