基于团雾车祸伤紧急医学救援组队模式的探讨

Discussion of Emergency Rescue Team Mode Basing on the Mass of Fog Traffic Accident Injury

目的探讨团雾车祸伤院前医学救援小组组队模式。方法对38名团雾车祸伤患者,分不同组队模式实施紧急医学救援。结果有急救护士的组队模式,其院前急救存活率比无急救护士的组队模式要高。结论对于团雾车祸伤患者现场医学救援组队模式,应将急救护士的参与作为组队的标准化内容之一。

Objective To discuss the pre-hospital medical team model of traffic accidents cause by mass of fog. Methods Classification of rescue team model to carry out the rescue for 38 accident injury patients of mass of fog. Results The pre-hospital emergency survival rate of the rescue team mode equipped with emergency nurse, is higher than the mode wthout emergency nurse. Conclusions The participation of emergency nurses asone of the contents of standardization for constructing rescue team.
