Common Problems and Countermeasures of Seamless Rescue System for Medical Service of Chinese People's Armed Police Forces

本文通过对武警部队卫勤保障中无缝医学救援进行分析,探讨完善武警部队卫勤保障中无缝医学救援中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。无缝医学救援在组织协调综合能力,救援人员持续供给能力,技术知识,物资管理储备,培训与演练机制,地理位置方面存在各种问题。并得出结论,加强完善卫勤保障无缝医学救援的管理、数据库的建设、物资储备、队伍建设和培训等环节,有利于全面提升武警部队卫勤保障无缝医疗救援水平。

In this paper, through analyzing seamless medical rescue in the medical support of Chinese People＇ s Armed Police Forces, problems faced in improving seamless medical rescue are discussed, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. There are problems in the following aspects for seamless medical rescue, including organization and coordination capacity, sustainable supply capacity for rescuers, technical knowledge, material reserves management, training and drilling mechanism, and geographic location, etc. In conclusion, strengthening seamless medical rescue management of medical support, database construction, material reserves, and the development and training of rescue team can help promote the seamless medical rescue capacity of medical support, for Chinese People＇ s Armed Police Forces.
