Re-expounding on the Triage for Mass Casualty

本文通过追溯检伤分类的起源、发展及在我国的普及,总结了我国汲取各国救援中检伤分类的宝贵经验,并结合社会群体伤害事件的新特点和信息化时代对检伤分类的新要求,研制出"急救一卡通智能腕带"。它不仅是一种科学的、实用的、可行的、全面的、信息化的急救标识卡,同时符合现代救援的信息化、标准化与国际化趋势,提高了急救效率及伤病员存活率,降低了伤残率与死亡率。

This article traces the origin,development and popularization of triage in China,and summerizes valuable triage experiences that China learns from other countries,combines with the new features of mass casualty incidents and new requirements for triage in the information era,China has developed the＂Smart Waistband of Emergency Card＂. It is not only an emergency triage tag with scientificity,practicality,feasibility,comprehensiveness,and informationization,but also conforms to the trend of informationization,standardization and internationalization of modern rescue,raises the efficiency and patients＇ survival rate of emergency rescue,as well as reduces the rate of disability and mortality.
