超声引导下乳腺肿物微创旋切术的应用进展

Application Progress of Ultrasound Guided Minimally Invasive Surgery of Breast Lesions

随着现代微创外科的发展及超声影像技术的进步,超声引导下的乳腺肿物微创旋切术在临床上广泛地应用于可疑恶性病灶的活检及部分良性肿物的切除,它兼具诊断和治疗的功用,具有损伤小、切除率高、美观的优点,而且对多发病灶及常见并发症的处理日渐完善,提高了乳腺疾病的诊疗水平,虽在病灶残留及针道转移等问题上尚有争议,但其应用前景是十分广阔的。

With further advances of modern minimally invasive surgery and ultrasound image,minimally invasive surgery of mammary lesions under ultrasound guidance is widely used in biopsy of suspicious lesions and excision of benign ones. It combines the functions of diagnosis and treatment,with the advantages of smaller trauma,higher removal rates and better appearance,Meanwhile, treatment level in multiple lesions and common complications has been gradually improved,and it improves the diagnosis and treatment of breast tumors. Although there was still controversy in the residues lesions and needle track implantation,it has a very broad application prospect.
