摘要
牛心坨油田属于高凝稠油,主要采用闭式热水循环工艺和电加热工艺开采,随着油田开发进入中后期,这两项工艺暴露出的能耗大、维护费用高等问题,为此通过对油井原油黏度分析、含水分析以及化学降黏、配套工艺等方面实验研究,制定了一套新的开采工艺,成功实现了油田开采工艺的转换,实现了牛心坨油田的高效开发。
Niuxintuo oilfield belongs to high pour-point heavy oil,and closed water circulation process and electrical heating production have been mainly adopted.With the oilfield development entered the later period,problems have been increasingly prominent from it,such as large energy consumption and high maintenance cost.Through experimental study on crude oil viscosity,water cut analysis,chemical reducer and supporting technology,a new set of production technology has been developed,and it has successfully realized the conversion of oilfield exploitation process,realizing efficient development of Niuxintuo oilfield.
