cDNA-AFLP Technology and Its Application in Gene Differential Expression

摘要 cDNA-AFLP技术是一种在转录水平上研究基因差异表达的分子生物学实验技术,由于其具有起始材料量少、假阳性低、重现性、灵敏度高且不需预先知晓序列信息等优点,被广泛应用于各类生物差异表达基因的研究。就cDNA-AFLP技术的基本原理、发展历史和技术特点以及在微生物研究尤其是乳酸菌发酵研究中的潜在应用价值进行了综述。 cDNA-AFLP is a kind of molecular biological experimental technology which detects differential expression of genes at the transcriptional level.Due to its little material,low false positive,high repeatability,high sensitivity and less sequence information is widely used in various types of studies of biological gene differential expression.The basic principle,development history,technical characteristics and the potential application of cDNA-AFLP technology in lactic acid bacteria fermentation was discussed.
