我国消防员培养现状及策略

Present Status and Strategies of Cultivating Firefighters in China

我国消防安全环境严峻,消防员在保护人民生命财产安全的同时,也面临着自身安全的威胁。如何最大限度降低我国消防员的战斗减员,培养高素质的消防队伍,以适应当前消防安全形势的需要是一个重要课题。本文针对我国消防员培养方面存在的专业消防救援力量欠缺和愈发突出的消防员素质等问题,提出了扩充和调整消防员现役编制、加快和推动消防部队职业化,以及落实和促进消防员职业健康等策略。

China＇s fire safety environment is still grim,firefighters protect the safety of people＇s life and property,meanwhile,they also face their own safety threat. How to minimize firefighter＇s casualty during the firefighting,and cultivate high quality fire force for meeting the needs of the current fire safety situation,is an important subject. As for the problems lying in Chinese firefighter＇s cultivation including lack the professional fire rescue strength and increasingly prominent firefighter＇s quality problem,this article has proposed three strategies： expansion and adjustment of firefighter＇s authorized strength,acceleration and promotion of fire force＇s professionalization,then implementation and improvement of firefighter＇s occupational health.
