高等医学院校学生灾害医学认知情况的调查研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨提高高等医学院校医学生对灾害医学知识认知水平和实践能力的方法与途径。方法以甘肃中医学院全日制在读本科生为研究对象,采用分层抽样的方法进行问卷调查,用SPSS 20.0进行数据分析。结果有灾害医学知识学习经历者416人(78.94%),而从未接触过灾害医学知识者有111人(21.06%);不同性别医学生对灾害医学知识的认知情况无差异;不同年级不同专业医学生对灾害医学的认知差异有统计学意义。结论目前,高等医学院校医学生在防灾减灾、自救互救知识方面存在严重不足。因此,建立灾害医学教育体系,增强相关知识的讲座,培训学生自救互救技能是重要的手段和途径。 Objective To explore method and ways to improve the knowledge and practice ability of disaster medicine among medical students in higher medical colleges and universities. Methods Taking Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine fulltime undergraduate students as research objects,stratified sampling method was used on the questionnaire survey,data analyzed with SPSS 20. 0. Results 416 students( 78. 94%) had the experience of acquiring disaster medical knowledge,whereas 111( 21. 06%)students had never been exposed to disaster medical knowledge. There is no gender difference in cognition of disaster medical knowledge while significant differences did exist in different speciality and grades of medical students in cognition of disaster medical knowledge. Conclusions At present,medical students in higher medical colleges and universities have serious deficiencies in knowledges about disaster prevention and reduction,and first aid. Hence,establishment of disaster medical education system,increase of related courses,and training students with self and mutual rescue skills are important means and ways.
