粘结固位种植义齿粘结剂与可拆卸性的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着经济社会的发展,固定种植修复已经成为口腔修复的一种趋势。然而,种植义齿的并发症是不可避免的,对于粘结固位种植义齿,如何对骨结合界面及上部结构的破坏损伤降至最小且能完整的取下牙冠,即可拆卸性非常重要。检索国内外文献,本文从粘结剂种类与可拆卸性、粘结剂的粘结力和可拆卸性、不同拆卸方法对可拆卸性的探索、可拆型实验研究的局限性等方面对粘结固位种植义齿粘结剂与可拆卸性的研究进展进行综述。 With the development of economic and social,fixed implant prosthesis has become a trend of the prosthodontia. However,implant complications is inevitable,for the retention of implant denture adhesive,how to combine the interface and the upper structure of the damage to the minimum and can take full crowns on the bone,it is very important to remove. Reading the literature at home and abroad,for removable by binder and limitations of disassembly,binder selection make the following summary of disassembly effect.
