Planning for Stormwater Resource Utilization Based on the Concept of Stormwater Management in the City Park

通过文献研究梳理国内外关于雨洪管理的理念产生、理论体系和资源化利用的实践经验,分析城市公园水环境系统的特点及其雨洪管理的重要性,提出公园雨洪管理与资源化利用规划的目标、原则和内容,以期为城市公园规划、建设和管理提供思路和经验借鉴。

Through literature study at home and abroad,this paper summarized ideas generation relating to stormwater management,theoretical system and practical experiences of resource utilization.Then it analyzed the characteristics of water environment of urban parks and the importance of stormwater management.Finally it proposed objectives,principles and contents of park stormwater management and resource utilization planning,in order to provide ideas and experiences for the city park planning,construction and management.
