摘要
近些年来,固定化酶技术以其操作简单、无二次污染和对底物特异性高等优点在环境领域的应用受到越来越多的关注。在此综述了固定化酶在环境领域中的众多应用,如高浓度有机废水和低浓度含农药废水处理、污染土壤修复及环境监测等方面。
In recent years,more and more attention is paid to the immobilized enzyme teehnology and its applications in environmental fields since it has advantages of simple operation,no secondary pollution,the high substrate specificity,etc.In this article,many applications of immobilized enzyme such as treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater and low-concentration wastewater containing pesticides,soil remediation and environmental monitoring,were reviewed.
