生态畜牧业发展中的土地流转问题与对策研究——以青海省湟源县为例

Problems and Countermeasures of Land Circulation in Ecological Animal Husbandry Development—With Huangyuan County in Qinghai Province as an Example

基于青海省农牧区推动土地流转以大力支持生态畜牧业发展的政策背景,概述了湟源县现有的饲草用地流转方式,分析了生态畜牧业发展中土地流转存在的问题,指出生态畜牧业只有在土地合理、有序、规范的流转过程中才能步入可持续发展的道路,并就此提出了相应的对策建议。

Based on the policy background of promoting land circulation to support ecological animal husbandry development in Qinghai Province,the current land circulation ways were elaborated,the existing problems of land circulation in animal husbandry development were analyzed.It was pointed out that the ecological animal husbandry can only go into the way of stable and sustainable development during the course of land circulation that is reasonable,orderly and normal.Several countermeasures were put forward.
