摘要
以广东省高州市为例,针对农村居民点存在的建设缺乏规划、一户多宅、闲置土地比重高、空心村等问题,提出适合的农村居民点整治潜力分析方法,测算居民点整治潜力并进行分级,为科学指导农村居民点整治及建设用地增减挂钩,缓解高州市用地矛盾提供依据。
With Gaozhou City in Guangdong Province as an example,aiming at the lack of construction plan,a multi-family house,a high proportion of idle land,empty villages and other issues,research on rural residential area remediation potential was conducted,the appropriate potential analysis method was put forward,remediation potential was measured and classified,which will provide basis for scientific guidance of rural residential remediation and construction land increase and decrease linked,alleviate land conflicts.
