摘要
对熔锥型M-Z光纤干涉理论中的模间干涉进行了研究,给出了熔锥型Mach-Zehnder(M-Z)干涉仪结构设计,采用熔锥型M-Z干涉仪进行了折射率和温度传感仿真实验。仿真结果表明,该干涉仪具有一定的实用价值。
In the paper, modular interference of melting cone M-Z fiber optic interference theory was studied, a design of melting cone M-Z interferometer was given, and a simulation of refractive index sensor and tem- perature sensor which was using Fused M-Z interferometer was implemented. The results show that the inter- ferometer has some practical value.
