摘要
在已有锻造高颈法兰研究成果的基础上,从理论分析和有限元模拟两方面入手,对锻造高颈法兰颈部变坡段进行分析,重点考察了变坡坡度,法兰颈高对法兰受力特性的影响,并根据分析结果,提出了锻造高颈法兰颈部变坡段的建议值。
On the basis of existing WNF research achievements,starting from two aspects of theoretical analysis and finite element simulation, the paper analyzes the high-strength steel WNF neck slope section,mainly examines the impact of slope degree and WNF upon the stress,and fi-nally puts forward its suggestion value.
