摘要
利用顶空气—气相色谱法对溶剂型涂料中苯系物进行了测定,用保留时间定性,峰面积外标标准曲线法进行了定量分析,通过氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),50 m×0.32 mm×1.0μm小口径石英毛细管柱进行样品分离,采用了分流进样,并有尾吹气装置,指出该方法灵敏度高、精密度好、准确度高,适用于溶剂型涂料中苯系物的测定。
The paper measures the benzene series in solvent based coating by adopting the headspace-gas chromatographic method, undertakes the quantitative analysis by using the retention time and external standard method, adopts the sample separation by the flame ionization detector ( FID), 50 m ×0.32 mm×1.0μm small diameter quartz capillary,column, adopts the split sampling and blower tail equipment, and points out the method has higher sensitivity, preciseness and accuracy, so it can be adopted in the measurement of the benzene series in solvent based coating.
