摘要
针对重庆市的实际情况,论述了营运高速公路在施工前进行施工作业申报与审批的必要性,详细分析了施工现场的安全管理以及信息的发布技术,力求减少施工对道路交通的影响,确保道路施工安全。
In this paper,for the actual situation in Chongqing,it is necessity for the owner should declare the construction work before the con-struction of operated expressway. This paper analyzes the safety management and the release of information of the construction site. The purpose is to reduce the impact of construction on road traffic flow and ensure safety.
