Combining with foreign funded project engineering experience, starting from aspects of concept, labor man-hour and S curve generation, the paper describes the four-grade schedule planning at project implementation phase, and points out advantages of S-curve schedule comparison method, which can tell the difference of actual schedule and planned schedule and know out the integral project operation conditions as well.
