以确保建筑工程的工期为目的,对建筑工程的组织、计划、设备、材料供应、人力资源、工期动态等施工环节进行了分析,分别从各环节中提出了保证工期的措施,为工程的顺利进行提供了保障。
In order to guarantee the building engineering construction duration, the paper analyzes building engineering organization, planning, equipment, material supply, human resources, and construction duration conditions and other construction points, and respectively puts forward construction duration guarantee measures, which has provided some insurance for smooth engineering.
