摘要
根据农业大棚温湿度控制的实际需要,设计了基于MSP430F427的低功耗温湿度测量仪。MSP430 F427连接温湿度传感器SHT10,对农业大棚内的温湿度进行采集,将测量的结果在液晶屏上实时显示,并将数据进行存储。测量仪采用锂电池供电,结合MSP430F427的低功耗睡眠模式与传感器SHT10的定时断电,单节锂电池充满电后能使测量仪连续稳定地工作6个月以上,并且系统可扩展太阳能充电功能。同时,给出了设计的结构框图,详细描述了温湿度采集电路、USB接口通讯电路、段式液晶显示电路和锂电池供电电路等硬件电路设计,最后给出了系统软件程序流程图。试验证明,该温湿度测量仪能够准确地采集到农业大棚内的温湿度数据,为合理安排农业生产提供了充分的依据。
The low-power temperature and humidity measuring instrument is designed, according to the actual need of agricultural greenhouse temperature and humidity control. MSP430F427 connects temperature and humidity sensor SHT10, collects the temperature and humidity inside the agricultural greenhouse, then displays the real-time measurement result on the LCD screen and stores the measurement result. The measuring instrument is Lithium battery-powered, it can work continuously and stably for six months or more by using a single fully charged Lithium battery, combined with the low-power sleep mode of MSP430F427 and timing off of sensor SHT10, while the solar charging function can be extended to the system. The article shows the block diagram of the design and gives a detailed description of the temperature and humidity acquisition circuit, USB interface communication circuit, segment LCD circuit, Lithium battery power supply circuit and the other hardware circuit design, and then gives system software program flow chart. Tests show that temperature and humidity measuring instrument can collect the temperature and humidity data inside the greenhouse accurately , provide an adequate basis for arranging agricultural production reasonably.
