摘要 研制了智能种猪测定系统,介绍了系统的总体设计方案,详细阐述了系统的称重护栏装置、称重料槽装置和配料装置的机械结构以及作用原理。实际应用表明,该系统设计先进,机械构造紧凑可靠,实现了群养种猪生长特征的实时、精确和高效监测,有效提高了种猪选育精度及养猪企业的经济效益。 One kind of Intelligent Pig Testing System was developed. The overall design scheme of the system Was introduced, the mechanical structure and principles of the weighing guardrail, the weighing trough and the controller of feed were described in this paper. Practical application showed that The system has the properties of advanced design, compact mechanical structure and Reliable work. The system realized measurement for growth performance of breeding pig timely and precisely, as a result, the breeding precision and the economic efficiency of pig enterprises is improved effectively.
