摘要 Ni-Al金属间化合物具有优异的性能,而陶瓷材料如Al2O3,TiC,WC等也具有许多优秀的性能。所以可以将Ni-Al金属间化合物与陶瓷材料相复合制备Ni-Al金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料。Ni-Al金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料将具有Ni-Al金属间化合物和陶瓷材料的优秀性能。本文主要详细的介绍Ni-Al金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的制备工艺,性能和应用以及研究发展情况。本文主要介绍Ni-Al/Al2O3复合材料,Ni-Al/TiC复合材料,以及Ni-Al/WC复合材料的制备工艺和性能以及研究发展现状等。并对Ni-Al金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的未来发展趋势和新型复合材料的研究和开发进行分析和预测。 The Ni-Al intermetallics compounds have many excellent properties, and the ceramics materials such as A1203, TiC, WC have many excellent properties. So the Ni--A1 intermetallics compounds can be compound with the ceramics materials to fabricate the Ni-Al intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites. The Ni-Al intermetallies compounds/ceramics matrix composites exhibited excellent property of the Ni-Al intermetallics compounds and ceramics materials. In this paper, the fabrication process, properties and application, research status and development of the Ni--A1 intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites were introduced in details. In this pa- per, the fabrication process, mechanical property and research progress of the Ni-Al/Al2O3 composites, Ni-Al/TiC composites and Ni-Al/WC composites were introduced. The future development and new type composites of the Ni-Al intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites were analyzed and predicted.
