摘要
为了分析硅灰加入量对含均质料的耐磨可塑料性能的影响,以60%均质料、20%特级矾土粉和氧化铝微粉、5%粘土、15%磷酸二氢铝和促硬剂为基础配方,分别用1a、2a、3a质量分数的硅灰替换等量的粘土搅拌后捣打成型。分别经烘干,850℃、1100℃热处理后,检测常温耐压强度、烧后永久线变化和磨损量。结果表明:1)由于硅灰的填充润滑作用,提高了可塑料的塑性,改善了施工性能;2)硅灰加入量从0增加到3a,110℃烘干和1100℃热处理后,耐压强度随着硅灰加入量增加而增大;3)随着硅灰加入量的增加,对烧后线变化无明显影响;4)引入少量的硅灰对耐磨性能影响不大,但当硅灰加入3a时,耐磨性能显著降低。
In order to analyze the influence of silica fume addition on the properties of wear--resistant plastic refractory containing bauxite-based homogenized refractory raw materials, wear--resistant plastic refractories were prepared using bauxite--based homogenized refractory raw materials (60 %), superfine alumina powder and alumina micro -- powder (20℃), clay ( 5 %), aluminum dihydrogen phosphate(15%) and hardening agent as basic formula, then adding la, 2a, 3a quality score of silica fume to replace the same amount of clay before mixing and ramming forming. The room temperature compressive strength, permanent linear change after burning and abrasion loss of specimens which were respectively heated at 850℃ and 1100℃ after dried were tested. The results are as follows: 1) The plasticity and workability of specimens are improved due to the effect of fill and lubrication of silica fume; 2) The crushing strength of specimens dried at 110℃ and heated at 1100℃ increases with the increasing silica fume when the amount of silica fume addition increases from 0 to 3a percent; 3) Silica fume had little effect on linear changes of abrasion--resistant plastic refractory with increasing the amount of silica fume; 4) A small amount of silica fume has little effect on the wear-resistance of specimens, but the wear-resistant is significantly reduced when 3a percent of silica fume was introduced.
