摘要
通过采用组合设计方案,在满足产品化学处理所有工艺要求的同时,实现了碳化硅磨料的水分粒度群组的工艺目的,优化了碳化硅制粒工艺,降低了作业场所的粉尘浓度,有效地控制住了生产成本,提高了企业的经济效益。
The water particle group process of silicon carbide abrasive was studied by using combination design to satisfy the technological requirement of chemical treatment process. The granulating process of silicon carbide was optimized,which can reduce the dust concentration of workplaces, effectively control the production cost and improve the economic benefit of enterprise.
