摘要
对IF钢铸坯中夹杂物进行了定量分析研究。铸坯断面夹杂物分布较均匀,夹杂物主要是Al2O3和Al2O3-TiOx。稳态浇铸铸坯的夹杂物尺寸为5～10μm,有个别簇状夹杂物尺寸在50～100μm。切头和尾坯中存在少量大于100μm的簇状夹杂物。
The IF steel slab inclusions were quantatively analysed.The inclusions distribute evenly on the section,the main inclusions were Al2O3 and Al2O3-TiOx.The size ranges of the inclusions in the stably casting slab were 5～10μm,with few cluster inclusions were 50～100μm.A small amount of cluster inclusions larger than 100μm existed in the head and tailor.
