摘要
介绍了杨木APMP(碱性过氧化氢机械浆)制浆废液在瓦楞原纸表面施胶中的应用情况。实践表明:采用APMP制浆废液中的固形物部分替代施胶淀粉后,胶液粘度有所降低,成纸抗张指数、环压指数与试验前相当,成纸表面吸收性有所增大。当废液中固形物替代20%施胶淀粉时,吨纸施胶成本节省26.6元,实现了废液的资源化利用。
This article introduces the application of aspen APMP pulping waste liquor in surface sizing of fluting medium. Practice shows that： after using APMP waste liquor solids partially substitute for sizing starch, glue＇s viscosity decreased, the paper tensile index and rind crush index were well-matched before and after experiment, the Cobb of paper increased. When APMP waste liquor solids＇ substitution ratio reach to 20%, the cost of surface sizing is saved 26.6 Yuan per ton paper, it realizes the resource utilization of waste liquid.
