摘要
随着社会组织社会管理和公共服务的价值逐步确定,社会组织促进就业的巨大价值也逐步凸显,可以归纳为载体价值、教育价值、信息价值、权益价值。当前我国社会组织促进就业价值的实现受到诸多因素的限制,尚未发挥出巨大作用,其价值可以采取发展社会组织、增加社会组织就业意向、提高社会组织就业认同和购买社会组织就业服务等对策加以实现。
With the gradual determination of social administration and public service of social organization' s value, the huge value of social organization to promote employment also gradually become prominent, which can be summed up as the value of carrier, educational value, informational value, rights value. At present, since being restricted by so many factors, the realization of social organization' s value of employment promotion in China hash' t yet played a great role. In view of this situation, we can take the following measures to develop social organization, to increase the intention of employment promotion of social organization, to improve the self - identity of employment promotion and to purchase the service of employment promotion of social organization.
