摘要
党的十八届三中全会,拉开了全面深化改革的序幕,国有企业将面临转变经济发展方式,产业结构升级,创新驱动发展,劳动者素质能力提升的新挑战。实践证明,企业的原始创新、集成创新、自主创新、群众性的经济技术创新,其活力来源于广大职工的积极性、主动性和创造性。工会组织开展的合理化建议活动,是激发广大职工的创造活力,推动企业创新驱动发展的有效形式之一,这项活动对于推进企业职工素质建设工程,为职工群众搭建创新创效的舞台,推动企业产品更新换代和技术进步,提高核心竞争力有着重要的意义。
The campaign of rational proposal which organized by trade unions is an effective mode of motivating employees' creative vitality and enhancing innovations in SOEs. It is important to improve the staff quality construction programme through building up the stage of innovation for workers and staff. It will strengthen the upgrade of products and technology progress, so as to promote the core competitiveness of SOEs.
