Under the new situation of deepening reform, trade union in enterprises should perform its function of education seriously, endow the new content of ideological and political work and innovate in work mechanism and carrier, promote the actual result and arouse the enthusiasm of workers and staff to build up establishment, so as to support the development of enterprises strongly.
