关于完善高校基层党组织联系服务师生机制的思考

To Improve the Mechanism of Basic- level Party Organization Serving Teachers and Students in Colleges

高校基层党组织是高等院校党组织建设和管理的最基本单位。加强和改进联系服务师生机制有利于增强广大师生员工对学校的认同感和归属感,共同推动高校的科学发展。在新形势下,高校基层党组织还存在着制度还不够完善、联系师生的渠道还需创新拓展、党组织与党员关系不密切、诉求渠道不畅通等问题。基于党建应注重"实效性"原则,应从健全党员教育管理制度、严格基层党组织生活制度、提升党建工作信息化水平、完善师生员工利益诉求表达机制、创新考核评价和激励机制等五个方面加强高校基层党组织建设。

The basic -level Party organizations in colleges are the most basic units of the construction and administration of the Party. To improve the mechanism of Party organization serving teachers and students will help to promote the sense of identity and belonging of teaching staff and students, and to enhance the scientific development of colleges and universities. Under the new situations, in order to stress on practical results of the construction of the Party, we should perfect the educational system of Party members, strictly implement regular activities system of basic - level Party organizations, promote the information level of Party construction, and improve the interest expression system, assessment and evaluation system and incentive mechanism.
