摘要
我国高校存在着图书馆员去职业化现象,计算机网络技术的冲击、职业资格认证制度的缺失、专业教育与工作实际脱节、图书馆员职业歧视、图书馆业务外包等是造成图书馆员去职业化的众多原因,基于此,笔者提出防止我国高校图书馆员去职业化的措施,如建立图书馆员职业资格认证制度、重视图书馆员继续教育、变革图书馆学专业教育、慎重对待图书馆业务外包等。
The phenomenon of deprofessionalization exists in university library. It is caused by the impact of computer network technology, the lost of professional qualification authentication, the diserimination of librarian occupation, library business outsourcing and so on. On this basis, the author puts forward a series of countermeasures to prevent the deprofessionalization such as establishing librarian professional qualification authentication, paying attention to librarian' s continuing education, reforming the professional education of library science and being cautious in business outsourcing.
