摘要
《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》中的确定原则对素质教育目标的体现存在缺失,主要表现在选定课程内容过于宽泛、体现素质教育的全面性不足、重点不突出三个方面;应改进课程内容确定,真正体现素质教育。
The achievement situation of physical education curriculum goals in colleges reflects the failed implementation of quality education. The causes include that the principle in "the Outline" determined deficient curriculum content, not comprehensive goals of quality education, and not prominence to the key points. The curriculum content should be improved.
