摘要
数码打样是通过数字化工作流程对印刷工艺流程进行控制与高保真复制的关键,数码打样的质量决定了最终印品能否准确再现原稿颜色。本研究主要通过分析IT8.7/4色表1617个色块的基本色差、分类基本色差和L值的阶调复制曲线来确定数码打样的样张颜色质量是否满足客户需求,并验证了此颜色质量评价方法的可行性和精准性。最后统计了影响数码样张颜色质量的关键点,为解决数码打样中出现的颜色复制质量问题提供了一定的参考依据。
The digital proofing is the key to control the printing process and display high fidelity by digital workflow and it determines whether the prints could reproduce the color of manuscript accurately. In this study, whether the quality of digital proof color meets the customer demand was comfirmed by analyzing the average color difference, partition color difference and L value reproduction curve of 1617 color blocks in the IT8.7/4 color table. And the feasibility and precision of color quality evaluation scheme were verified. The key points were analyzed which affect the color quality of digital sample. It provided the certain reference data for solving the quality problems in the digital proofing.
