职工医保运行情况分析——以芜湖市第二人民医院为例

The Operation of Medical Insurance for Workers in a Hospital Level

定点医疗机构加强内部医保工作管理,有利于引导职工医保患者合理就医、提高医保基金使用效率,切实保障参保职工的医疗保障权益。本文以芜湖市第二人民医院为例,分析该院2013年职工医保的运行情况,总结问题,为规范医院医保工作管理提供合理化建议。

Strengthening the internal management of medical insurance in designated medical institutions will help guiding the insured to seek medical service reasonably, increasing the efficiency of medical fund utilization and protecting the interest of the insured workers. Using the data of year 2013 from the Second People’s Hospital of Wuhu city, this paper analyzed the operation of medical insurance for workers, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the standardized management of medical insurance in hospitals.
