职业康复是综合运用就业政策、职业培训和康复技术为工伤人员恢复身体功能、培训职业技能和安置就业的政策、措施和手段。本文通过介绍英、德、美职业康复发展的情况,以期为建立和完善我国职业康复带来有益的启示。

Vocational rehabilitation is the policy and measure using employment policy, vocational training and rehabilitation techniques comprehensively to restore the injured workers’ physical functions, gain vocational skills and find job placement. This paper introduces the development of vocational rehabilitation in Great Britain, Germany and United States to learn lessons from their experience to build vocational rehabilitation system in China.
