摘要 教育现代化和工业现代化一样,在享受其成果时,也会面对其带来的威胁。要警惕旨在提高教育质量的举措,产生使教育生态退化的副作用。工业化的思维、工程化的方式、机械性的管理以及短期行为等是教育生态退化的主要原因。绿色创新人才是高等教育现代化之本,优化教育生态是高等教育现代化之源。在高等学校,实现教师与学生主体关系的主体地位,是修复教育生态的根本;"五真教师"和"五真学生"是高校的基本生态因子;高等教育生态的修复,将成为净化世风的"社会湿地"。 Like industrial modernization, education modernization also poses threats while offering fruits benefiting people. People should be alert to measures aimed at improving education quality as they may produce side effects to degrade the educational ecology There are several reasons for the degradation of the educational ecology: industrialization-based way of thinking, engineering-like methods inflexible management and short-term behaviors. The "green" innovation talent is key to the modernization of higher education, while optimizing the educational ecology is the source. In institutions of higher education, letting the relationship between teachers and students play a main role is of fundamental importance to the conservation of educational ecology; the "five-truth teacher" and the "five-truth student" are the basic ecological factors in colleges and universities; conserving the ecology of higher education will help create the "social wetland" for improving moral standards.
