血必净在重型颅脑损伤救治中的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血必净在重型颅脑损伤救治中的治疗效果。方法选择78例重型脑损伤患者,随机分为血必净注射液结合西医治疗的观察组,以及单纯西医治疗的对照组,观察两组患者体温、肺部感染、消化道应激性溃疡控制情况以及脑组织微循环改善情况。结果入院时两组患者平均体温未见明显差异,治疗14 d后,观察组患者不仅平均体温、体温控制时间均低于对照组,差异具统计学意义,而且肺部感染控制有效率为69.23%、消化性溃疡控制显效率为43.59%,优于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组TCD检查中的Pl、RI、S/D均低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液在重型颅脑损伤患者的治疗中,不仅可有效控制体温,提高肺部感染及消化道应激性溃疡的治愈率,而且可有效改善脑组织微循环障碍,具有临床推广价值。 [ Objective ] To analyze the effects of Xuebijing injection in patients with severe cranlocerebral injury. [ Methods ] A total of 78 patients were enrolled, using a simple machine-based grouping.The observation group was treated with TCM and Western medicine alone while the control group was supplemented with Xuehijing injection. Two groups were observed in patients with body temperature, pulmonary infection, gastrointestinal stress ulcer control and improvement of mierocirculation of brain tissues. [ Results ] There was no significant difference in the average temperature between the two groups, after 14 days, the observation group were not only the average temperature, temperature control of the time were lower than the control group, the difference has statistical significance, and pulmonary infection control efficiency of 69.23%,the marked effective rate of peptic ulcer control was 43.59%, better than the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P〈0.05).At the same time, the observation group TCD inspection P1, RI, S/D were lower than the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P〈0.05). [ Conclusion ] Xuebijing injection in the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury, not only can effectively control the temperature, improve the cure rate of pulmonary infection andgastrointestinal stress ulcer, and can effectively improve the cerebral microcirculation.
