超声引导下行深静脉穿刺置管术

目的探讨超声引导下行深静脉穿刺置管术临床效果,为提高患者疗效及生活质量提供可靠依据。方法研究组妇产科危重患者给予超声引导下行深静脉穿刺置管术;对照组实施传统盲穿深静脉穿刺置管术。观察并记录两组患者一次穿刺成功率、穿刺相关并发症发生情况,给予统计分析后得出结论。结果研究组患者一次穿刺成功率为90.48%,显著高于对照组52.38%,研究组多次穿刺成功率为9.52%,显著低于对照组47.62%,研究组患者穿刺相关并发症发生率为9.52%,显著低于对照组52.38%,两组患者对比结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇产科危重患者选择超声引导下行深静脉穿刺置管术进行临床救治,可显著提高患者一次穿刺成功率,有效降低患者穿刺并发症发生率,避免患者遭受严重身心伤害,有利于患者尽快恢复健康,值得临床推广应用。

[ Objective ] To evaluate the ultrasound -guided deep venous catheterization clinical results, provide a reliable basis for improving the efficacy and quality of life of patients. [ Methods ] The study group of critically ill patients given obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound guided deep venous catheterization ; blind control group received traditional wear deep venous catheterization . After the two groups were observed and recorded a success rate of puncture, puncture -related complications were given statistical analysis concluded. [ Results ] The study group was a puncture success rate was 90.48%, significantly higher than 52.38%, the study group multiple puncture success rate 9.52%, significantly lower than the control group, 47.62 percent , the study group of patients the incidence of biopsy -related complications 9.52%, significantly lower than the control group, 52.38%, compared to the results of the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Obstetrics and Gynecology Ultrasound guided choice in critically ill patients with deep vein catheterization for clinical treatment , can significantly improve the success rate of patients with a puncture , puncture effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients avoid patients suffer severe physical and psychological harm beneficial to patients as quickly as possible restore health, worthy of clinical application.
