低蛋白饮食联合复方α-酮酸治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察低蛋白饮食联合复方α-酮酸(开同)治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床效果。方法共42例患者,分为治疗组和对照组,每组21例,两组均给予低蛋白饮食0.5-0.6g/(kg·d),热量35kcal/(kg·d),治疗组同时口服复方α-酮酸,每天3次,每次4-8片,治疗5个月后,比较生化指标。结果两组对比,治疗组血浆蛋白、钙解代谢、尿素氮及血肌酐显著改善,P〈0.05。结论低蛋白饮食联合复方α-酮酸能显著改善尿毒症症状和保护残余肾功能。
