摘要
以某型高空作业车的变幅机构为研究对象,运用多领域仿真软件AMESim建立变幅机构的仿真模型,对变幅机构的液压系统动态特性进行了仿真分析,通过使用双向外控式平衡阀,使变幅系统的性能得到很大程度的改善。研究结果表明:当使用双向外控式平衡阀时,在有外力扰动的情况下,阀芯能够很快达到受力平衡,使进油流量保持恒定;平衡阀的开启压力要保持适中,太小的开启压力导致阀芯的载荷变化敏感性,从而引起变幅抖动。
Taking the luffing mechanism of a certain aerial working platform as the research object,the simulation model was established by software AMESim,and the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic luffing mechanism were analyzed. The performance of luffing mechanism was improved greatly by using bi-direction counterbalance valve. The results show that in the case of an external force disturbance,the spool can quickly reach the force balance and the inlet oil flow can remain constant by using bi-direction counterbalance valve. The opening pressure of counterbalance valve should maintain moderate and smaller valve opening pressure causes sensitivity of load variations,which causes jitter amplitude.
