摘要
信息技术的发展使知识型员工面临着信息系统线上-线下的混合任务环境,拖延心理导致知识型员工需要对信息系统任务进行合理的规划,知识型员工的任务处理过程不再是简单的离散事件系统,而是一个员工心理与离散事件系统互动的过程.本文首先描述了知识型员工任务处理的心理过程;然后设计了二阶段决策的Q-learning算法实现知识型员工与任务处理的互动;最后通过大量的模拟实验,分析了记忆、决策心理和奖惩机制对信息系统任务处理的影响.
With the development of information technology, employees in knowledge organization havebeen facing with the mixed-task environment which consists of on-line task and off-line task. Therefore,task processing is no longer a discrete event system, but a process of interaction between employees anddiscrete event system. Firstly, this paper described psychology of employees; secondly, this paper de-signed a two-stage decision algorithm to simulate the interactive process between knowledge worker andtask processing; lastly, this paper analyzed the impact of memory, decision psychology, and rewards andpunishment mechanism based on a large number of simulation experiments.
