摘要
采用纳米蒙脱土为补强剂制备硅酮密封胶,能大大提高硅酮密封胶的力学性能。研究结果表明,当质量浓度为10%的有机蒙脱土改性硅酮密封胶时,其断裂伸长率达到410%;与未改性的密封胶相比,其拉伸强度能提高47.6%,其断裂伸长率能提高36.2%。
Silicone sealant modiifed by MMT could be simultaneously strengthened and toughened. The results showed the elongation at break was 410%with 10% OMMT in the composites. Comparing with no-MMT, it resulted in 47.6% increase in the tensile strength and 36.2% increase in the elongation at break.
