摘要 介绍了高速线材浊环水处理物理法与化学法的原理及特点,并针对该项目确定了采用综合两种处理方法并引入稀土磁盘分离净化技术的工艺流程,最终该项目投产后,浊环水出水水质为SS≤25 mg/L、Oil≤5 mg/L,达到了设计要求。 The principle and characteristics of both physical and chemical methods for turbid circulating water treatment at a high speed wire-rod mill are introduced. A new process combining physical and chemical methods and incorporating separation and purification technology with rare-earth magnetic disk were adopted for the project. After the project was put into production, the effluent SS≤ 25mg/L and Oil ≤ 5mg/L were achieved, meeting design requirements.
