调脂益肝茶治疗血脂异常合并肝功能异常的疗效分析

Curative effect of Tiaozhi Yigan Tea for dyslipidemia combined with abnormal liver function

目的:观察调脂益肝茶治疗血脂异常合并肝功能异常的疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的患者随机分为2组,对照组给予血脂康胶囊治疗,治疗组给予调脂益肝茶治疗,疗程12周。观察血脂及肝功能指标。结果:治疗组血脂指标改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组肝功能指标下降更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调脂益肝茶可以有效调节血脂,改善肝功能。

Objective： To observe the effect of Tiaozhi Yigan Tea for dyslipidemia combined with abnormal liver function. Methods： Patients confirmed as dyslipidemia combined with abnormal liver function according to diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients of the control group were treated with Xuezhikang capsule, and treatment group were treated with Tiaozhi Yigan Tea, both for 12 weeks. Changes of the levels of liver function and blood fat were observed before and after treatment. Results： Lipid indicators of the treatment group were superior to those of control group after treatment. Conclusion： Tiaozhi Yigan Tea could effectively regulate blood lipid and improve liver function.
