摘要
目的:探讨妊娠糖尿病患者血浆尿酸的水平及其与胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法:选取本院收治的妊娠糖尿病患者60例,设为观察组,另选同时期检查的健康妊娠期妇女60例,作为对照组。分别检测两组空腹血糖(FPG),空腹胰岛素(FINS)和血浆尿酸(UA)水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMAIR)。比较两组FPG,FINS,UA和HOMA-IR。同时按照血浆尿酸水平将观察组分为血尿酸正常组和高血尿酸组,比较两组FPG,FINS,UA和HOMA-IR,对患者的UA和FINS,HOMA-IR进行相关性分析。结果:观察组的FPG,FINS,UA和HOMA-IR均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);高血尿酸组的FPG,FINS,UA和HOMA-IR均明显高于血尿酸正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者的UA和FINS,HOMA-IR均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠糖尿病患者的血浆尿酸水平明显升高,与胰岛素抵抗具有相关性,可以作为治疗妊娠糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的有效检测指标。
Objective: To detect the level of blood uric acid in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and its relation- ship with insulin resistance. Methods: Selected 60 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients treated in our hospital as the observation group, then divide them into high blood uric acid group and normal blood uric acid group according to the level of blood uric acid. Another 60 healthy pregnant women were also enrolled as the control group. Detect the FPG, FINS and UA levels of the observation group and the control group, and calculate the HOMA - IR. Then compare the FPG, FINS, UA and HOMA - IR of the observation group and the control group, and between the high blood uric acid group and normal blood uric acid group to analyze the correlation between FINS, HOMA - IR and UA. Results: The FPG, FINS, UA and HOMA - IR of the observation group were markedly higher than those of the control group (P〈0.01). Also the detected indicators of the high blood uric acid group were markedly higher than those of the normal blood uric acid group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The UA and FINS, HOMA - IR of GDM patients were positive correlated (r=0. 705, 0. 632, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The level of blood uric acid of GDM patients increases markedly, and has positive correlation with insulin resistance. So UA can be used as important indicator in treating insulin resistance of GDM patients.
