氨溴索在分泌性中耳炎中的临床疗效及对血清、耳积液炎性介质的影响

Clinical effects of ambroxol on secretory otitis media and its influence on serum and ear fluid inflammatory mediators

目的:观察氨溴索在分泌性中耳炎中的临床疗效,并探讨其对血清、耳积液炎性介质的影响。方法:选取78例分泌性中耳炎患者,随机分为对照组(常规分泌性中耳炎治疗组)39例和观察组(常规治疗加氨溴索组)39例,然后将两组治疗后1周与2周的总有效率及治疗前后的血清、耳积液炎性介质水平进行比较。结果:观察组治疗后1周与2周的总有效率分别高于对照组,治疗后的血清、耳积液炎性介质水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨溴索在分泌性中耳炎中的临床疗效较好,对于血清、耳积液炎性介质的改善也较为明显,应用价值较高。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of ambroxol on secretory otitis media, and its influence on serum and ear fluid inflammatory mediators. Methods： A total of 78 patients with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into control group（routine therapy group, n = 39 cases） and observation group （routine therapy plus ambroxol treatment, n = 39 cases）,then the total effective rates 1 and 2 weeks after treatment,serum and ear fluid inflammatory mediators before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rates of observation group at first and second week after the treatment were both higher than those of control group, but serum and ear fluid inflammatory mediators were all lower than those of control group （P all 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ambroxol is more effective on secretory otitis media, and its im provement for the serum and ear fluid inflammatory mediators is obvious too, so it＇s worthy of application for secretory otitis media.
