摘要 目的:观察早期运动康复训练对肘关节骨折患者预后的影响。方法:选取本院收治的肘关节骨折患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组骨折复位固定后接受早期运动康复治疗,对照组采用常规康复治疗,对比两组治疗后1、3个月Mayo肘关节评分及肘关节疗效(ROM)评定。结果:观察组训练后1、3个月肘关节活动范围、活动能力均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组训练治疗3个月后疼痛评分改善较对照组更为明显,训练治疗1、3个月后Mayo总评分明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练各时间点观察组前臂旋前、旋后及肘关节屈曲度改善均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期运动康复训练可有效预防肘关节骨折关节粘连,改善患肢体功能,减轻患者痛苦,对肘关节骨折患者预后起积极作用。 Objective: To observe the effects of early exercise rehabilitation training on postoperative fracture around elbow joints. Methods: A total of 100 patients with elbow joints fracture admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group adopted early exercise rehabilitation treatment after fixation, the control group adopted conventional rehabilitation treatment, compared the postoperative Mayo elbow scoring and rang of motion (ROM) of two groups after 1 and 3 months of treatment. Results: after 1 and 3 months of treatment, range of activities of the observation group was larger than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Compared with control group, the pain score after 3 months of training was improved more significantly in observation group (P〈0.05); Mayo total scores of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group after 1 and 3 months of treatment (P〈0.05). At all observed time points of training, improvements in forearm pronation, supination and elbow flexion in observation group were significantly superior than that in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion.. Early exercise rehabilitation training can effectively prevent articular adhesion after elbow joints fracture, improve the limb function and relieve patients pain, showing a positive prognosis role on the patients with fracture in elbow joints.
