摘要 为明确黑龙江省烟草角斑病菌生理小种的遗传分化,本试验将在黑龙江省主要烟区采集到的19个烟草角斑病菌菌株通过针刺接种法接种到36个供试烟草品种上,通过对供试烟草品种病情指数的差异性分析和聚类分析,筛选了一套鉴定烟草野火病菌生理小种的鉴别寄主体系,利用这套鉴别寄主将19个供试菌株划分为5个生理小种。 To identify the heredity differentiation of physiologic races of Heilongjiang Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci, total 19 isolates of Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci collected from Heilongjiang province were inoculated onto 36 tobacco varieties using pin-prick inoculation. Differential host was screened out by difference analysis and cluster analysis on disease index to determine the resistance of the varieties tested, which was selected to identify different physiologic races of Pseudomonas syringae pv.tabaci. According to the above system, the 19 isolates were divided as 5 physiologic races.
