铁皮石斛提高小鼠运动能力、抗疲劳能力和免疫水平的量效关系分析 被引量:13

摘要 【目的】明确铁皮石斛的最低起效剂量,为铁皮石斛保健产品的研发提供参考依据。【方法】根据《中华人民共和国药典》推荐量设5个不同剂量组(推荐量组、1/2倍推荐量组、1/4倍推荐量组、1/8倍推荐量组和1/16倍推荐量组)和对照组,以不同剂量铁皮石斛提取原液给小鼠灌胃,持续灌胃30 d后分别测定小鼠的负重游泳时间、游泳后血清乳酸与尿素水平、碳粒廓清指数等指标。【结果】推荐量组和1/2倍推荐量组的小鼠负重游泳时间显著高于对照组(P<0.05,下同),其小鼠游泳后血清乳酸水平显著低于对照组。在1/8倍推荐量以上的各剂量组小鼠碳粒廓清指数均显著高于对照组。即铁皮石斛提高小鼠运动能力和抗疲劳能力的最低剂量50.00 mg/kg·d(折合石斛多糖8.18 mg/kg·d),提高小鼠免疫力的最低剂量12.50 mg/kg·d(折合石斛多糖2.05 mg/kg·d)。【结论】铁皮石斛在低于《中华人民共和国药典》推荐量的情况下仍然具有具有一定的保健功能。 [Objective ]The lowest effective dose of Dendrobium officinale was identified to provide references for research and development of Dendrobium officinale healthcare products. [ Method ]Mice were divided into one control group and five other groups. Doses used for the five treated groups were 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 and 1/16 times of the dosage recommended by Chinese Pharmacopoeia, respectively. The burden swimming time, concentrations of serum lactic acid and serum urea after swimming, and carbon particle clearance indexes of the mice were measured after 30 days of intragastric administration. [Result]The burden swimming time of the mice treated with the pharmacopoeia recommended dose and 1/2 dose was significantly longer than that of the control group (P〈0.05, the same below). Serum lactic acids of the mice in these two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group. Compared to the control group, the mice treated with more than 1/8 dose of the pharmacopoeia recommended increased their carbon particle clearance indexes significantly. The lowest dose of Dendrobium officinale for improving sports and anti-fatigue abilities of mice was 50.00 mg/kg.d (equivalent to 8.18 mg/kg.d of Dendrobium polysaecharide), and the lowest dose for enhancing immunity of mice was 12.50 mg/kg.d (equivalent to 2.05 mg/kg.d of Dendrobium polysaecharide). [ Conclusion ]Dendrobium officinale doses lower than the recommended still possess healthcare functions.
